Principles
Build less, mean more. Fewer features, deeper impact. A tool that does one thing perfectly beats one that does ten things poorly.
Data and Automation is empathy. Every repetitive task eliminated is time returned to a human. Good systems respect attention.
Code is temporary, systems are eternal. Write software that can evolve, adapt, and outlive its original purpose.
